is there list about [donated] in game?
things that I've not donated yet are

1 bug(I know what I missed)
1 fish(dunno what I missed)
2 fossil(1 is tyranus head, but dunno what's another 1 is)

is there any way that I can see list about [what I missed]?

Only way I know is to go in the menu, to the leftmost tab. Then go to the fishes for example. Then select any fish, and in the upper right it will show you if you can offer it to the shrines and/or donate it to the museum, and if you already have done so.
