Barn Animals - Auto Collector

I changed the look of my barn and coop and the next day, my auto petter / collector were missing from my barn. My chicken coop is still fine though. Annoyed, I made a new one and set it into my barn. The next day, the animals are all pet, and it says they’ve been collected but there’s nothing in my auto collector? Now my barn isn’t producing or it’s stealing my produce?

Either way it’s really frustrating to get this bug and am hoping someone has a fix for it? I have poured so much time into this game and I don’t want to quit because of this, but if I have to sell and rebuy my animals (who are maxed and won the races) I will be very upset :(

I just reskinned my barn and the next day the chest inside that had all of milks in it was gone . Putting the old skin on didn't fix it but , it was worth a shot . I kind of doubt we'll ever get our chests and items back .

Are you sure its not invisible? I had a glitch where all my bug traps disappeared. Turns out they just went invisible for some reason and once i picked up the item they held I was able to hit it with a pickaxe to pick up.

Probably isnt your issue but idk worth mentioned just incase?

If your stuff is still missing I would suggest to put the barn back in the old place to see if the stuff is back. I had some problems like that before and that helped. I don't know if this will resolve because they DID fix last time, but aparantly its back

it is not.............. my AUTO COLLECTOR still missing. i try to pickaxe every corner in barn. i try redesign barn back, and i got nothing. WHAT SHOULD I DO ??? HELP

I'm having the same problem! My auto petter and temperature machine disappeared after changing the style of the barn

same issue here. Hope they'll fix it soon. Loved to play the game but for now my motivation is gone :(

hello my auto collector also missing after i change my barn style. replacing it with new one doesnt work, they wont collect any milk anymore. please help fix this :')

I'm back after I tested that bug. And yes. The autocollector AND autopetter disappear. Even after changing place or design they dont come back.
I think I tried everything without any success and only buy building ANOTHER barn and destroying the first one that my animals got started to give produce again.

Yeah. This bug is much worst than the one before. The devs managed to screw up worst and worst each time.

I have also got this issue. It basically makes a huge chunk of the game unplayable as you cant get any of the produce from Barn Animals beyond that point, not even sure how they are going to fix this but my barn is now basically useless after i spent £100000s on buying all the animals and upgrading it

You dont have to sell the animals. You can just build another barn, upgrade it if needed, and move all animals to the new barn. Yes, you will still spend a lot of money because of the devs incompetence because of the bug, but at least you get to keep the affection of the animals.
Also remember to destroy the bugged barn later.
