Can't upgrade produce quality at research lab

I'm unable to upgrade anything in the research lab despite having enough kelp essence in my inventory.

there seems to be a lot of issues after the last update and hot fix no idea why, but hopefully it will be fixed soon

Hmm, I seem to have run into this issue as well. I upgraded bronze seedling but cannot do any of the other bronze leveled upgrades if that makes sense... Any idea on how to fix?
