Woohoo event?

Anyone here know how to trigger the woohoo event?

They said you need to be married but didn't clarify beyond that.

when the update happened then things we "missed" because they weren't implimented when we achieved them before triggered. for me this included the woohoo event, just the covers jossling and hearts above the bed. My husband is at max hearts but if I talk to him to see if he says something different after something else I triggered or ask him on a date or hug/kiss him a few times then the woohoo event seems to trigger again within the next game day or 2.

In my save, it triggered the next day, from me resuming my save after the update.
By this point, I had already answered Yes when Suki asked if we should have children, a couple months before the update.

So, I just figured the game caught up with that decision.

I had it happen twice already, once as the game "caught up" after the update, and another time maybe 2 seasons after, so i'd guess it's a random little event
