Missing shiny tail in Cho Oyu's store?

When I was given the mermaid tail, I selected the shiny tail. However, after switching to another tail by purchasing at Cho Oyu's store, I can't seem to find the original shiny tail again. How can I switch back to the shiny tail again?

Have you actually completed the quest that unlocks it? There was a glitch where the tail was available the moment you completed One of Us, but it wasn't supposed to be there yet. It unlocks with the crop quests.

omg thank you so much, I completed the One of Us quest but not the crop quest
