Giant crops in greenhouse

Please can giant crops NOT grow inside the greenhouse? I just lost so many of my strawberries due to multiple ones suddenly growing after the hotfix. Now I'm in fall with no extra seeds to replant.

All you need to do, is plant them in 2x rows to avoid it happening if thats not what you want.
Personally, i grow strawberries in 2x7 rows in my greenhouse. (Unless you are filling the whole greenhouse with strawberries)

Crops can become gigantic crops if they are not harvested, which means you simply have to keep an eye on them as they ripen and harvest them immediately.

As for buying seeds. I don't remember what you have to do in the game to unlock it, but all you have to do is buy a computer in the Laboratory, place it on your farm, and over time you can buy any type of seed from any season there.

BTW If you have autumn in the game, I recommend planting a cactus in the greenhouse (if you have them unlocked). After collecting the cactus, process it in the hive into cactus honey, and process the cactus honey in the aging barrel into cactus mead. It is time-consuming but profitable.

This is true, a auto harvester fixes this.
But also since the trigger condition is planting them in a 3x3 grid. Avoiding that, and there is no problem.
