Museum Rank S Quest Line

can someone tell how I can kick off to start making dinosaur hologram for the museum? do i have to have all the skeleton donated for this to be started? I am town rank A.

I had all the Skeletons donated before the Holograms dropped, so YMMV. Keep going into the Museum; eventually you'll get a Cutscene where they're developing the tech. You can start donating the listed items then (you can also queue multiple tasks at the same time, the same way as Town Attractions).

thank you so much for responding. I’ve gone every single day since I triggered the town attractions quest line and I never got the museum cut scene. I have a feeling that I probably have to donate all skeletons.
