Hard time gifting some merfolk

Anyone know the time these merfolk are available for gifting:

Etna - Always in the part of their home locked to you.
Rysy - Have to find a specific spot in her tattoo shop to gift her.
Olan - Usually tending cooking pot in the palace, unable to be interacted.
Slamet - Have to find a specific spot behind him to gift him.

I ask because I stay mostly on land and teleport to the Undersea Kingdom around 11:00 am and these merfolk are hard to approach or talk to because of their location.

I've just reached Heart 8 with all Townfolks and working up the Giants. Just finished with the Queen and Denali, the King is almost next with Semeru in tow. The rest are still below 4 hearts. Those 4 I listed are hard to talk to, with Etna the worse since you can't even approach her if she's in her house. At least Rysy and Slamet you can find a specific spot to gift them.

Etna leaves the room 14:00 on the 15th summer during her birthday. Cooked dishes or Shells are her favorite gifts, i got 5 hearts from gifting her 2 x Osmium quality Pumpkin Pie during her birthday. Went there from 9:00-14:00 as i was not gonna miss up on her birthday, not gifting the merfolk other then that. Not sure about the other days tho but she stays home late thats for sure.

Yeah I think everything involved with relating to the Merfolk needs to be improved! They also only say like 2 things and then basically tell you to leave them alone lol. I was trying to gift the princess on her birthday but she wouldn't stop praying at the tree!! It is so irritating that there are times when you can't interrupt what NPCs are doing!!
