UnderWater Animals Not working

I'm enjoying the game and have been working on the underwater farm and ranch. At first the animals were producing products but they suddenly stopped and i can no figure out how to fix the issue. I have exited and reloaded the game, sold the animals and bought new ones but they still do not give Moomilk or the eggs! Has anyone else had this happen to you and can help with this issue?

Have you put the temperature device on the underwater barn?
Sometimes even if the heart don't show, it will still show the option of pet and harvest if they are avaliable

I have, i even have the auto collector and auto-petter but nothing is happening. I have tried taking them out but nothing happens.

my animals are also not providing resources

The reason why your animals are not producing is that adding auto-petter or auto-collector to the barn will bug the animals out and they will never produce again. You need to destroy barn sell animals and start over.

Thank you, I will definitely do that if I can get the game to open again!

since running the update this morning none of my ducks are producing eggs
