can't donate fossil after update

I found "Gallimimus prints" but i can't donate it to the museum!
The offered box is gray but it's not possible to donate it...

You don't donate it directly.

After you get the quest to create the holograms, you'll have a new menu in the donate box, and you'll need to collect all the items you need for each hologram.

For each hologram you will need
5 of the same type of dino print
10 glass
5 battery
2 osmium bar
1 Illuminating Ring
5000 coins

and each one takes 3 days.

To add, there's an 'Offered' box that's greyed out because eventually you'll unlock another Altar; I suppose the reason they don't have a 'Donated' marker is because they're essentially a Crafting Material, and you Donate the final Product.

How do you get the quest?

I had the Museum 99% Complete (1 Bug, 1 Fish missing); keep going into the Museum and you'll eventually get a cutscene and the action will get unlocked.
