wheres the cherry blossm festival supposed to be?
it said there was some sort of spring festival that was supposed to happen but i looked all over the town all day long and no one ever gathered anywhere for any kind of event. I checked quite literally all over and saw nothing. i would assume the town center area is where it would take place so i spent most of my time there. and townies were going about their business all day as usual. Is it some kind of bug that the festival didnt happen? or did i really just some how overlook where it took place?

It's in the alum alum area, south of the Goddess Lake. You can see it on your map. It tells you what time the event is when you hover over it. Townies will still go about their normal day until the event starts.

oh thats odd i looked over there on my map and it didnt say anything about the event being over there nor did i see any of the towns people gathering over there. and i even checked the map every hour to check. Though i did go diving for 2 hours to clear some trash so maybe it happened around then.

how do you see where and what time an event starts though is there a special looking icon cuz i was looking for some kind of icon thats normally not on the map and i didnt notice one anywhere.

Yes, there will be an icon that looks kind of like a flower. Are you sure you were looking on the correct day? Cherry Blossom is on spring 10, at 9 in the morning. It's over at 2pm, so if you go after that it will be gone. Townies will not gather for the events, they stay in their normal daily routine until you go to the festival, and then they all show up.
