Im stuck underwater

i did 15 cleaning areas but both ways are still blocked .. also there is a turtle i cant talk with .. i dont get any quests or stuff to continue there

Go towards any of those black gunky vines. I couldn't find where the next area was because apparently I unlocked them in the "wrong" order too and the next area was somewhere else. Found it by wandering around and touching all the black vines until one started moving.

thank you i guess alot of people got the same issue cause the path above wasnt intuitive
