im hoping ill get some events that will make me connect to some characters more soon
I might be able to chalk that up to lack of voice acting, but I don't think that's it—Leah, Abigail, and Robin, looking fondly at all three of you—I think it's just that none of the characters in Starlet Town really have a "hook" that makes that emotional connection.
All of the above having been said, give me Mi-an and Nia...yes, both of them. Best waifus in the genre.
As for Rafael, he seems a bit "Al from Home Improvement" to me, but hey, you do you.
