Sea Salt Quality is too good?

Hi ! I'm trying to collect things that I need for the altar. Currently, I'm collecting things from the ocean. 5 Sea Salt are required, but whenever I collect one, it has a different quality (gold, silver...) so I cannot use it for the Altar. Any tips where I can find "bad" Sea Salt so I can collect 5 of them?

Altar type is just the minimum. So anything above will work fine, but you cannot mix and match so it must be five of the same.
