No breeding blue (Bug)

So i have waited for 2 weeks and still no luck. 2 blue butterflies one gold one silver. Do they have to be the same rank to breed or?

If the dev can help it would be great!


Edit : It works now. I just closed the game and opened it again. 4 days later i they are breeding. Thanks!

Normally, you only need 1 insect/fish in the insect house for them to multiply. I believe its 2 days for regular insects/fishes and 4 days for the legendary ones so the rank does not necessarily stop them from multiplying (provided you have the same type of specie inside). :D

We have been told from the devs that putting different quality bugs or fish in their duplicators won't affect duplication, but I'm not sure that's true. I've never had it work with different qualities.

Just put in one and wait, and you should get more of that quality.

That is weird, on my end I always start with different levels and just slowly replace the lower tiers until I fill it up with osmium quality bugs/fish.

Did you play the 2 weeks in one go? because the game has still a bug since EA that these things straight up stop working until you reload your save every few ingame days
