I have looked everywhere , in the ocean for the eastern oyster , this is on playstaion 5 , i cant find it

when you clear the very first area, there is going down a path to the next , a cave like thing then i think its two more of the shrine things in that section, the second section i think it is

It should be in the silver kelp area.

I just found one in the southern part of the silver kelp area.

Eastern Oysters occur at a depth of 20-30 meters. You have a depth gauge that tells you how deep you are. Look in areas at that depth. It might take a couple dive attempts to find one.
