Town Rank and Heritage points Issue - Not progressing
My heritage points doesnt add points after offering in the lake temple as well as in the town rank point. I have offered three items already in the temple and no progress at all even after the next day. Also, there were updates on the activity log upon offering.

It only updates when you make a complete offering. So if the offering requires 5 items you get the reward when you've given the goddess all five.
