i cant buy anything from the boat lady

im in year 3 and not once could buy anything from her, the option just wont appear

If it is the secret market, try interacting with the boat instead of her.

As JVC said click on the boat. It can be a bit hard getting in the right position to get the prompt to appear.

Also, the night market is only open 20:00-22:00, even though she's there longer, and the day market is only open until 12:00.

Im there in the correct hours, it just wont appear no matter how close or far i get to the boat

I don't have this issue with the black market, but I do with Ben. In year 1 he left during fall and when he came back his shop is always closed. Every day, regardless of what his normal schedule is. Almost done with year 2 but I don't see this fixing itself.
