Report a translation problem
Do you have any video capturing your activities before the crash happened? This will help us analyze the issue better.
Also, did you receive any crash logs after it happened? If so, please share your crash log and save file with us.
If you're playing on Steam PC, you can find the files under this file path:
- Saved File: C:\Users\ <username>\AppData\Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\SaveGames
- Crash Logs File: C:\Users\ <username>\AppData\ Local\ProjectCoral\Saved\Crashes (the .xml file)
You can send the video of that issue and the files to Support@Stairwaygames.com and write 'Requested Save File - Steam Discussion - [Steam username]' in the subject.
