Why can’t I harvest my honey?

It’s been at least 16 days since my honey is at full completion and I can’t harvest it. It’s Jepun honey if that makes any difference. I tried chopping it down with my axe and no go. I can’t move it, I can’t collect and I feel pretty silly about not being able to harvest it. I’ve harvested it from the past with different flowers. Is it the Jepun? Or is something wrong with me?

Machines get stuck. Just reload the game.

Yes, exit the game totally, and relaunch to "fix' any machine with stuck progress.

Yes it’s a “feature” that’s been in this game since early access and is still there in 1.0 so I’m calling it a feature of the game that you have to close the game every couple in game days for machines to work as it’s never been fixed
