Cannot walk back the stairs near tattoo shop

Hi,
When first arrived at the merfolk, I talked to some guys and the king. Walking around afterwards I went down the hill/stairs to the tattoo shop. On the left there’s another shop I can’t remember.
However, when trying to walk back (I just want to return…) I am stuck at the last step of the stairs and cannot walk further. Like a invisible wall.
I have to wait till 11pm so that my robo friend will get me back to the village.
Anyone else knows of that bug?

hello! i am not the OP but i ran into the same issue. i some how got up one time and tried going back down and up again and was still stuck... it looks like i had more momentum going up on the right side? i have a recording of this.
