My Curtains Are In The Floor

I upgraded my house for the first time and decided to try some decorating, and when I attempted to place my curtains...they're in the floor. I can't even put them on the wall they act like a floor item, and I seem to have no way to remove them so there's just... a curtain pole in the floor.

This isn't the first time I've had problems with things I've placed, I put down a tap on a tree outside the farm, and it worked once, then wouldn't let me collect from it despite the icon saying it was ready, and when I gave up and tried to remove it, I couldn't. I had to cut down the tree and the thing remained floating in place until I quit the game and came back another day.

This game is beautiful but I would like it to work beautifully too. There's so many tiny annoyances, like the inconsistent and glitchy controls and the stuttering and this placement bug. But like...my curtains are in the floor, and my expectations kind of are too.

I have the same issue. I also have the problem with mirrors, which are supposed to go over cabinets, but are instead placed on the floor. Same goes fpr lamps. Those should go on nightstands, but can only be placed on the floor. Would be great to be able to adjust the height at which items are placed,

I have the exact same problem with curtains and other decorations. I was so excited for decorating my house and now it's just frustrating with everything at the wrong plave... :( i hope they fix this very soon.
Not really a bug but also very annoying: my adopted pet won't leave my house... I thought it would run around the farm but nope - just staying inside... I hope they change that, too...
