BUG: Enchanting Upgrades Stuck at purple level

I've come across another bug that I can't find a discussion for and that's the fact that you can no longer upgrade your tool enchantments after they reach purple level.

That said, I found a work around (""technically"") you can try to just plain enchant a hope that the algorithm will spit out the desired upgrade but that will run a ton of items and literally might never yield the upgrade you want. As far as I've read in the discussions, enchanting is bugged at the moment. So I just wanted to put this out there for anyone that's lost.

As far as I'm aware, purple is the highest you can do with all 4 Giants saved. I assume another tier will happen after they finally release the end to that story (someone said it has to do with the Savannah that apparently we can't access yet)
