D3D device being lost
I have a problem related to this
and I think some of players here got the same issue,

LowLevelFatalError [File:Unknown] [Line: 198] Unreal Engine is exiting due to D3D device being lost. (Error: 0x887A0006 - 'HUNG') coral island

I experienced this when I was playing the game for about 5 minutes and it kept happening, even though there was never any problem before.

some things i have tried
- clean install graphic driver
- reset every overclocking setting, even though I don't do overclocking
- not currently using game booster apps
- change the power setting to maximum performance
- turn off in game overlay (some say it helps)

but this still happens, maybe someone experienced the same thing?

I use a pc with the following specifications
- AMD Ryzen 5 5500
- Nvidia RTX 3060
- 32 GB of RAM
- 650W PSU 85+
Shouldn't it be enough to play this game? and is that any one have a fix for this error

That's a graphics related stop code, so if you've already verified and updated your driver, your card might be going out.

I already claim a warranty to my GPU and they said my GPU in a normal condition, and I tested with my friends PC and the GPU running well to play coral island, But on my PC, this game always crash, did you guys know the other things that should I check?

Hello! I'm sorry for the delayed response. 🙇‍♀️
Does this crash still happen to you? Have you tried to update your driver? Thank you!

Yeah I already do that, now the crash rarely happens, but sometimes when I talk to the NPC "chaem" the game crash with the same error code.

Thank you for keeping us updated. For the crash issue when you talk to some NPCs, we've fixed it in our latest hotfix updates: https://store.steampowered.com/news/app/1158160/view/4123679333874151023?l=english

Do you still experience this crash in the latest game version (v 1.0-946)?
