Nina's 10 heart event not triggered

So I have 10 hearts with Nina and it seems something is bugged. I have all the requirements fulfilled as stated by a wiki and some Youtube videos, which would be:
Not Winter (currently Spring 9 in my game), sunny weather, being near Millie's house between 3pm and 5pm and I have done all previous events (the last was the party at the villa)

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

yes. now i in summer year 3. and already married to lily. so is kinda late

Can you explain to us the place and time you tried to trigger Nina's 10 hearts?

I am in year 2 spring day 6. Even after the most recent update Nina's 10 heart event still won't trigger. I have seen every event including her 8 heart event. I go the the place and time the Wiki stats and nothing happens I have tried several days and nothing. This is getting frustrating I am not going to restart just to play through an entire year to maybe have it work.

Good news: It works now. I played one day, talked to Nina and gave her a gift. The next day, I got a letter from her and the event triggered.
