Nina's 10 heart event not triggered

So I have 10 hearts with Nina and it seems something is bugged. I have all the requirements fulfilled as stated by a wiki and some Youtube videos, which would be:
Not Winter (currently Spring 9 in my game), sunny weather, being near Millie's house between 3pm and 5pm and I have done all previous events (the last was the party at the villa)

Am I missing something or is this a bug?

I am in spring year 2 and I am having the same issue. I have seen all the events including the 8 heart one. I go to where the 10 heart event is supposed to trigger at the right time but nothing happens.

the 8 heart event, just happen to me in year 2 winters.

I got the 8 heart event in year 2, and I maxed out the heart in year 3, but nothing happened. I read that you must receive a letter from Nina after the 8 heart event, and then the 10 heart event will be triggered. I haven't gotten the last letter from her.

Have you tried to trigger the heart event again after the updated hotfix? Thank you!

I just had the same issue, spring year 2 , came to the supposed place but the event didn't triggered. So i save and exit the game, after i restart the game i got invitation mail from her for what i assume is 10 hearts event cause the day after that event i can propose her and she accepted it

yes. now i in summer year 3. and already married to lily. so is kinda late

Unfortunately, Update v1.0-310 also didn't fix it :(
