Ring Toss and the Annoying Noah

During the Spooky Festival at the end of Fall there is the ring toss which is a rather hard mini game. There is no margin for error in this game if you want to get first place.

However... while I am trying to concentrate on my aim and speed all I can hear is the smart phone camera sound as Noah who is right behind me keeps taking selfies nonstop. Please why?! Could someone please take away Noah's phone?
