PSA: Weather can be manipulated if necessary.

Went through all of Fall waiting for rain. Got none by the 21st (so no stingray that month). Decided to test if it is set or random, so I created a backup save. (copy the whole savegames folder and place in another folder) then played the week. Got no rain again till the end of the month (no red king arowana for another year? no thanks)

So renamed the main savegames folder and placed the copy in there and loaded the game (now back on the 21st) Slept and saved for the week and the tried again to see if the weather would change. Took about five tries but eventually got a week with rain. So it can be done. The only downside is having to repeat whole days. Which means either waiting an entire year and hoping that time will get rain, or doing the bare minimum each day until a repeat gets it.

Either way, I just wanted to pass on that it can be done.
