I cant propose, I know I should receive a letter, I saw all heart events and have 10 hearts, it's been weeks and I didn't receive a letter from him to trigger the 10 heart event, is that a bug or can it take that long for that letter to arrive?

I'm having the same issue. I was hoping it would get better after the update but nothing has changed.

Hello everyone! Thank you for your report.
Could you let us know your current in-game date?
May I ask if you have completed all of his previous heart events? Since you will need to see all of his heart-event cutscenes to receive the letter or propose to him.

I am having this exact same problem. I've checked the wiki and I have seen all of his heart events, but I haven't gotten a letter yet.

Just an update it did finally arrive it just took a while in game time wise.

I was finally able to get the letter, it just too a couple of weeks.
