Broken Bonfires Quest?

I have a quest to bring 4 wood to Garden Lane between 10am-2pm, but I have walked all over that area and not found anything.
I found Noah (the quest giver) who was no where near Garden Lane, but talking to him does nothing, and he doesn't seem to care that I have wood for him (heh!).

Is this a bug or am I just missing something.

It's a cut scene. I always trigger it by going north from the Inn to that area where Betty feeds the birds and Raj reads a book. Just have some wood in your pocket and it will trigger.

It is broken

It's not broken. It's Noah's level 6 heart cut scene. And just like everyone else's cut scene, you have to see all of their cut scenes in order before it will trigger.

If you're at garden lane with wood between 1000 and 1300 on a sunny day and it's not triggering, go back and do Noah's other cut scenes first.
