Giant strawberries are terrible

So I was greeted with a rather unpleasant surprise on Spring 19 year 2. A large quantity of my strawberries had been replaced with giant version of said crops. I was aware that this could happen if crops were not harvested, but all my strawberry plants have auto collectors in range so there was no time in which they were not harvested. My only theory as to how this happened was the Crop Express activated and caused strawberries to skip the full stage and go to giant stage. If this was the case it would mean that the Crop Express skill is a detrimental skill that should not be picked (which seriously just change it to crops grow 10% faster; far more simple to understand what the skill does).

But setting that aside the giant strawberries generally suck. On break they each dropped 18 regular strawberries. It totally ignored the quality of the seeds (which were osmium) and the fact all three tiles had fertilizer on them. So the 18 are not even worth 2x what I would have gotten with the original 9. Then to add insult to injury the crop is destroyed in the process resulting in no further harvests, which in this case would have been 2 more harvests. So I lost a massive amount of coin and quality crops because of these giant crops.

Giant crops need to maintain the seed quality on harvest and when harvested revert back to a 3x3 set of the original crop if it is a regrow crop. Right now they are a curse and a massive detriment to get.
