recycling center?

ok im now into year 2 winter and still not alowed to use recycling center. at what point does it become available for use cause ive already cleared the entire ocean and my need for scrap is at an all time low a bit further in and it would be pointless

The recycling center just has a couple of cut scenes.

For endless trash after you've cleaned the oceans, use the underwater caves.

rlly shame seems like coulda been rlly good mid-late game way to quickly deal with trash once u start getting it in the hundreds

At Town Rank B, the lab starts selling scrap pieces for 10 gold.

For now, it is not worth doing the caves in the ocean, since they are full of bugs
