Why can't catch shark by summer?
From the summer 1st to the 15th, sharks did not appear，so hard is version 1.0 now..

Where were you trying? It's just sunny and windy days, morning and afternoon, by Zarah's boat. They did reduce how often they spawn about 3 updates ago (they are legendary), but you still should have no issues catching them.

Are you using large bait?
