Basically everything is better off in the mason jar because you can produce 2:1 vs the keg. So even though the product is worth more in the keg, since you’re making 2 products in a mason jar in the same time it takes 1 in the keg, the mason jar is more profitable.
Every crop except RICE, PINEAPPLE, and BEETS are better off in the mason jar (unless they don’t work in it)

I couldn’t find the original so hopefully this works, but they really did a great job on this sheet! Most look more profitable in the keg but remember to double the mason jar sell price since you can make 2 in 12 hours vs 1 in 12 hours for the keg.
