Fishing rod has gone*_*

My fully upgraded fishing rod has gone. I can't find any chests nor storage access (sturdy computer) . I only left 4 fishes to caught to full my caught journal , I can't buy through the any shops even can't make myself. What should I do for then :( ...........................................,,,

Hi, It disappeared after I put it in the chest and saved it (go to bed for next day).

I usually collect a bunch of geode or coffer and process Black Smith. So I put every item in the chest and take geodes only in my backpack. after I process it all and save it to the next day, I take out off the chest my stuff such as a pickaxe, scythe, axe, and bug net. but there was no fishing rod. I thought I put it in the other box the first time but I can't find at all any chests , storage access (sturdy computer), auto chest. But it can't be sold or thrown away, isn't it? :( . I hope I can craft it or buy it, but there is no chance to do it. I'm doing other content right now not fishing. I hope you find some solution for it. :)

This also happened to me. :( I had the fishing pole in a chest inside my shed. The next day everything in the shed was gone.

This is one reason I have not yet built a shed. I don't trust them.

Could you please describe what you were doing in-game just before the bug occurred?
Have you tried to check it in all of your chests? Or in Sunny's Beach Shack? Thank you!

About the rod.. when u try to upgrade your tools Sunny figure is draw over the requisite description for upgrade, so he hide them. I think he is on the wrong side (right, instead of left)
