"Spooky Day Festival" missing something?

Hello!
So I've been enjoying the game and finally reached the end of fall and I'm attending Spooky Day Festival, but I can't help but feel something is missing, Leah, Ashley and Suki's dialogue all mention being dressed up, Leah even mentioning her costume is hard to move around in... But they're wearing the same clothes they've been doing all fall?

Is this as intended or am I experiencing a bug?

The NPCs costumes are not finished yet & will be patched in some time next year.

im hopeing its someone just ordered the dev to push it out unfinished and not a deliberate thing on the devs part cause hoo boy does this game need some work still

Good news, in a dev diary posted today it says that the devs were working on various NPC costumes with a little Jack O Lantern emoji next to it. No guarantee when they'll be ready of course, but hopefully it helps to know this is being worked on.

The dev diaries are all on the discord under the developer-diary channel. The update I'm talking about was posted about an hour ago in that channel.

lol why would there be? It's been very clear on the roadmap when the costumes would be added and February 2025 wasn't it.

Ey that's great news! Haven't played it since launch, once the costumes finally arrived I think it'll be time for a new playthrough with all the updates since.
