No. Multiplayer is scheduled for some time in 2024 and will likely be one of the last updates added. You can check the roadmap for what is included in 1.0, and what is planned for 2024.

The devs have not confirmed cross-platform for multiplayer, but they've already said they won't do cross platform for the current available platforms (physically moving saves), so I wouldn't hold your breath on that one.
