Greenhouse upgrades please

I would love to suggest some upgrades for the greenhouse:

1. irrigation system
why would i have a greenhouse of that size without implementing an irrigation system? Right now the sprinklers just take away space for more crops. Would be great, if we can either put the sprinklers at specific points inside the greenhouse to water our crops without taking up space or just have the option to buy an "irrigation system upgrade" (maybe at the lab?)

2. more space
why not have 4 more rooms: one on each side except the front and a cellar. I would love to have either more plain fields for crops or rooms designed for specific crops/trees. Why not make one room perfect for saplings to have them produce all year round and another perfect for seedlings? i would love to have enough space for 2 rows of each sapling and maybe 4 rows of each seedling. It would be nice if we could buy these upgrades at the carpenter. To meet everyones needs i would love to be able to choose which roomdesigns i want for my extra rooms: plain field for crops (like the main room), a room for saplings and one for seedlings. Maybe someone else has other suggestions i didnt mention?

3. make mushrooms great again
lets add a cellar to the greenhouse specific for mushroom growing and have them priced high enough to be worth it. I would love to see a game actually do something with mushrooms for once. Harvest moon started it with the mushroom shed but it was not really worth it and Stardew touched it with the cave though it was hardly worth even visiting the cave at some point. I know we have the mushroomlogs and i would love for them to be another great source of income (maybe the mushroom cellar boosts their productivity?).
right now i just have 3 of them in one of my sheds but tbh they feel more like a waste of space i could use for more kegs/mason jars and thats just sad.
