who is JioDan?
i have a anti slme quest which i completed which was to slay 6 times. it's telling me to turn in the quest to JioDan. cant find Jiodan anywhere on the map.

He's a member of the Band Of Smiles. Check the tree in the corner of the hideout room as that's where I found him one time.

I think he's the older guy who also runs the BOS shop.

He is indeed in the BOS shop. But how do you interact with him to complete this quest? His character doesn't seem to appear in the shop, only in the menu to buy something.

He sometimes appears outside the BOS base and wanders about, usually around the 8am mark. Not always but good chance to get him then.
