Smoothie recipe?

Does anyone know where to acquire this recipe? Various internet searches and otherwise have turned up nothing... which usually means it's blatantly obvious and I'm just a derp.

I am well aware you can craft it without a recipe, but doing so only allows you to make one at a time it seems and I'm looking for a more time efficient way of crafting them.

I don't remember who I got it from but it seems like the NPCs will often gift you a recipe of their 'favorite' things. According to the Wiki, The Smoothy is loved by Leah and I know that Alice and Suki both like it. Alice and Suki both love the Green Smoothy and Leah likes it. I hope this helps.
