Is there a basic gift item that most villagers are okay with. Just trying to find an item i can grow in mass to give everyone each day.

I find that Coffee and Green Tea are liked by very nearly everybody. Just build a few Kegs and away you go...

Pretty much this. I keep a supply of coffee, green tea, fruit smoothies and green smoothies and pretty much everyone likes/loves them. Wakuu hates green smoothies, though, just give him one of the others.

Also... Leah "hates" coffee. I remember when I gave her a coffee and she got very upset. It felt like a slap in the face LOL

Hahaha me too! I gave her something she didn't like and she got mad and said something like "okay never give me that again"!

Most villagers like most flowers, and those can be gathered for free. Nobody (or almost nobody) likes violets.
