rotating buildings

I made a chicken coop and could not for the life of me figure out how to rotate the building before laying it. Does this game not have that feature?

I don't imagine it would. Considering the interaction points, etc., it would be a pretty huge undertaking to allow rotation of those large buildings.

That sucks. It would be nice to rotate the buildings and artisan crafting stations etc. Aesthetically, it bugs me that I cannot choose the orientation of the buildings. Naturally its not a deal breaker, its just something I like to do. I am not a fan of always looking at the back of a building when walking. I like having visual clarity. Forcing one direction for the animal husbandry buildings kind of takes the eyeball fun out of it lol
