Sashimi recipe?

Hi everyone,

So it says that you can get sashimi recipe at lvl 2 fishing but i have already passed level 2 and still don't have it, im at level 4 fishing and don't see it. Saw a video of someone and they had the recipe in the recipes tab on the oven but I can't seem to get it and don't know how to get the other recipes that don't require getting it from an npc. Can someone please help me out here

me also, but I have no kitchen jet. So I think when I upgrade my house and have a kitchen i can find it .

My kitchen is upgraded and im lvl 4 fishing but still don't seem to have it, I don't want to use manual cause i will get a failed recipe if i do.

I had the same problem but after I bought the Chef Knife and I click on the chef knife the recipe is there.

I clicked the chef knife now and only have the fish soup for me it doesnt appear

I know it says it comes from fishing (and I know it did before this last big update) but I am positive that I just got this recipe from Rafael. I just recently (two days ago) started a new game, so I remember the mail. It said, "Hey <farmer> I have seen you fishing around town a lot lately. Here is something I hope will help you out." and then the recipe. I am 99% sure it is from him now.

Edit: to expand on this, I just got my house upgrade and the cooking utensils and I do indeed have the sashimi recipe, and my fishing skill is only level 1.

You don't need to start a new game, you just need to raise your hearts with Rafael so he gives you the recipe.

so interesting development to this. I just levelled my fishing up to 2 and it gave me the sashimi recipe. again. I had already had it as I had checked specifically for my earlier answer. So this means either A: There are two ways to get the recipe (and maybe the fishing way is bugged for some) or B: They moved it to Rafael and forgot to remove it from the level up fishing dialogue.

Either way, I definitely had it before it just gave it to me again. As we say around here, Early Access... *shrugs*

You can get the recipe with 1 heart with Rafael, he will give you the recipe by mail.
