duplicate tools

why am I getting duplicate tools I now have two axes, watering cans and hoes that I don't want it just takes up space in chests since you can't get rid of them I don't want to have a ton of chests just to store unwanted items?

i got 8 nets, 2 watering cans, 2 axes......it kinda sux how you can't delete it.......

yeah, i'm also having this issue =[ you can't trash the basic fishing pole or bug net after getting the improved ones either...

just make a chest and put it in your house for all the stuff we cant delete or sell at this moment and save it for when we can in future updates

I took advantage of this bug by buying gold, refining it and then upgrading my tools while having a spare ax, hoe, watering can, and pickax. And then stashed the others in a storage box. The gold ax is required to chop up the really big logs you have on your farm. Just a thought!

I'm having this issue too, i have 3 sets of tools all silver now, because i keep accidentally clicking missing tool option

This is a known bug. Just don't recover the tools when you go to the blacksmiths.
