Fast Travel not working
The shrine fast travel that's supposed to take you from the diving dock to your farm just keeps sending you back to the diving dock over and over. The fast travel locations in general are very buggy it seems.

Fast travel locations are buggy, true.
I've been to the bottom of the Earth Mine, and the lantern is still not active, for example.

That usually happens because you have items placed too closely to your home portal. The game doesn't have the space to animate you arriving home. Leave that entire space in front of it free.

If you pass level 15 of the mines for the first time before you unlock fast travel, it sometimes doesn't unlock that travel point. Just go back to level 15 and drop down to 16, and it should activate it.

Just seconding this - I had the exact thing happen because a machine was too close to the farm totem. It looked like it was far enough away but it wasn't, so give it a good clearance and it should work again.

I came for this "bug" and this comment is gold. I placed a keg there lol 1 year later the same problem ahaha
