There has been a few other changes that are a little irksome from my point of view but that's the nature of an early access game.
A couple of changes i've so far noticed other than the sprinkler 2 recipe.
1. Regular scarecrow protection area reduced (found a new one for sale that has a 15x15 area) guessing we will be able to craft higher tier ones at some point but in the short term it means i'm going to have to change the layout of my farm.
2. Sizeable increase in cost of buying lab upgrades. Mostly a non issue for me but I hadn't levelled up the fruit trees as there were none in game at the time, just means it'll take a little longer to unlock as waiting for more kelp essence to be ready.
3. Some changes in processing times of artisan goods, not thoroughly checked timings but seems like a few have been set to take longer and others feels like they're shorter. Will have to monitor timings but I have a feeling that i'll need to sell off my coop and barn animals to make space for more kegs and mason jars to keep up with my crop production.
Ah the life of a farmer, all these tough choice.
