How to use the Recycling Center...?

Is there supposed to be someone there that you're supposed to interact with? I see plenty of slots and things but nothing can be interacted with...

My tip. Head over to their discord. The community(alpha players) are more active there. To answer your question. It's not implemented right now..

I think it's not implemented yet, or we need to move on with story plot.

I was able to get a recycling machine from finishing an altar quest. It lets you turn trash into scrap.

The Recycling Center story and the system are not implemented inside the game yet.
