FAQ

What is Coral Island?
Coral Island is a traditional farming sim game set on a tropical island. Grow crops, nurture animals, befriend the islanders, go diving to save coral, and much more!

Why Early Access?
Early Access allows us to build a community, and involve you in the process of development. Our goal is to release the version of Coral Island that is polished and provides a wholesome farming experience. We believe that this can only be done through community involvement.

What sets Coral Island apart from other farm sim games?
Although Coral Island is a traditional farming sim game, we’re confident the following content and features will provide a familiar yet fresh take on the genre:

- South East Asian inspired world-building and backdrop
- Underwater diving mechanic to save coral and improve farm output quality
- An ethnically diverse cast of characters, with changing seasonal outfits
- Promoting environmental awareness through gameplay
- Beautiful top-down open world with real-time dynamic lighting
- Wholesome feel-good gameplay

Will there be multiplayer or coop?
Yes, we hit our Stretch Goal in Kickstarter and the initial plan is for Multiplayer to be part of patch update after the Full Release. The first step would be to implement an Island visit sometime this year (2022) and we will update it thoroughly, until the full co-op/Multiplayer we have promised.

What game engine does Coral Island use?
We are using Unreal Engine 4 to bring Coral Island to life.

Incluso después de su venta, ¿continuareis actualizando en base a solicitudes y errores?

También quisiera saber, si sería posible mejorar algún estilo de personaje. Me gusta su arte y diversidad, sin embargo, algunos personajes se ven similares entre sí... Estaría bien modificar algún aspecto antes de la subida del juego...

I hope you will apply an affordable price policy for Turkish and Argentine players during the early access period. Unfortunately we can no longer buy games because of the price hikes. Please increase the price when the game reaches 1.0 version. We demand the implementation of the regional pricing policy throughout the early access period. I hope I can play this game. I hope you will give a positive response to this request.

this game look cool, i do wish i could play it just to make sure i would like it, i have a thing about buying games that i dont know about, if i could of played it ahead of release so i could get it feel for it, im picky when it comes to games, and its animal customs, i find it creepy when the animals are different then it shows, also hate buying a game and it nothing like the trailer, and one more thing is there going to wolf dogs in the game, i loves wolves

Coral Island is available on PC Gamepass the 11th of October as well.

It seems there might be a problem with launching this game through Steam. For me it gets stuck at the splash screen before the game loads up. I already updated the Microsoft Visual C++ Redistributables, but the game still does not load.

Hi Developers, on the show Detective Arc 2 Episode 1 in a couple of spots where the characters should be speaking it just says narrator with their names below in the speech section like <Toni> Just searching for clues </> and there is one before that with another character. didnt see a bug report section or this specific one but i thought you should know. either way Great Game so far! I have screenshots of them if needed just let me know.
