This isn’t a PC game its a mobile style game very heavy on microtransactions and time gates (which you can pay real money to get around).

I think most of the reviews for this game must be fake or paid for because next to nobody is mentioning this? The first action in the tutorial is; build a pitch, you are then given the option to arbitrarily wait 10 minutes or spend 2 gold to complete instantly. If that’s the first action in the game then you know what to expect for the remainder.

Had I have seen a review noting how heavily microtransactioned it was I wouldn’t have bothered to install the game. This review is your fair warning.

Don't be fooled by positive reviews. This is a time-gated mobile game dressed up as a Rugby Management game. You can't play matches quickly. Joining a league has a cooldown and if you miss it, tough luck. THE WHISTLES. PLEASE SAVE ME FROM THE WHISTLES.

Can't get past the sign-up page

This game may as well be called Rugby: Waiting Sim. Almost every action in this game requires a wait time unless you buy and use gold coins. Idk where all these good reviews are coming from this is really just a mobile pay to win game unless you have the time to waste and have no problem with waiting for every action you do to be done or dropping money for gold coins to get them done instantly.

The game looks fun but i can't play it cause i can't log into my account. Whenever i try to log into my account the game just keeps
loading as if it is logging me into my account then the loading stops and i don't get logged into my account this is a bug that has to be fixed in my opinion. How do i fix this problem cause i want to play the game. as of right now i can't play the game until someone finds a solution that can fix my problem.

Garbage, pay to win, fleeced with micro transactions, very hard to even just get a simple game against a CPU going. Feels like a mobile game

Absolute ridiculous Mechanics in this game. Firstly the frequency of league matches is sped up so you play one or two a day, which is nice, but then injuries are exaggerated to the point where a player is out for 7 real life days because of a "bruised nose"?! You have no control over in-game subs being made and as a result you would have a Winger being replaced by a Prop or an 8th Man for example. They add BOT teams to your league when you start, but then they give the BOT teams ridiculous stats to the point where they destroy the top ranked (Player Managed} team and cause maximum injury to them. So what is the fun in that? The game plan can be "customised" yet even if you select NO KICKING WHATSOEVER to be done during the game (And no creative play) your team still end up kicking the ball away on several occasions most game. You can also disable pick and go and near to midfield drives yet, every single game half of the moves are pick and go near and midfield. The 3D game interface looks like something from Pentium 4 days and does not even reflect what is actually happening in the game. It is the absolute equivalent of watching stick men play tennis. Clearly the Devs of this game know very little about rugby. I wish I knew these things before buying premium. Will definitely not be supporting them any further.

This review is not so much a reflection on the game, but a reflection on the fact that I don't like being lied to.

What is "Pay-for-Variety" ???
I was intrigued to find out as the developers have gone and emphasised that this is not "Pay-to-Win" - a format which I despise. At best they are being cute with words.

Basically, the way the game works is as you recruit players, train them with cards, and upgrade your facilities to give you access to better players, more cards, and better bonuses. All of these things can be bought using "Coins" - and in the case of upgrades which take an increasing amount of real time to complete - can be completed instantly using Coins.

So how is that different from a "Pay-to-Win" game. The answer is - well it isn't.
The developers argue that by supplying free coins on a daily basis, you can purchase everything in game without spending a cent, therefore it is not Pay-to-Win. The daily income is a pittance, which for about $2 you can purchase 2-Weeks worth of Free Coins. In all reality - every Pay-to-Win does this, so they are making a point of difference where there is no difference at all.

The ultimate test comes down to this: If you and your buddy both start at the same time, your buddy dumps $50 in and you don't spend a cent - will you be able to beat him? If the answer is "no" - then it is Pay-to-Win.

I'm not looking for a freebie. Game development costs money.
I'd just rather pay the $50 up front and compete with everyone on a level footing. Thanks!
