Lend Me Your Strength! achievement

So, the instructions for the achievement say: "Finish 'Forest' without letting any friendly items from allies touch the ground.", and I did that, and it did not work. I'm suspecting the phrasing is wrong.

Do we just have to not let any item touch the ground (but I did this), or catch them all in the air, or catch every single item in the air? I tried different variations and didn't get it.

Same here, i was even try it on different languages. No result.

Are you catching the one that shows up at the very beginning? (You have to wait by the base for a few seconds.) I haven't gotten the achievement either, but I know that one is easy to miss. I'm not sure if the script still loads the event after the screen moves past it, though.

Theoretically, we should be able to NOT take the items except the one(s) given by ally soldiers (or they'd touch the ground). It's really unclear.

Or maybe it's a 2 player thing. Some players did get it according to Steam statistics.

At the start of the level you have wait like 20 seconds and a guy will come out and toss you a gun.

Thank you, I got it.

The achievement description makes it sound like you have to grab powerups in the air, but in fact, it's simply grabbing every single powerup in the level.

You have to catch all the guns they throw at you. And shoot all the flying boxes and catch guns on the fly. I apologize for such a vague instructions!

Thank you, I had tried this about a dozen times because I didn't know a guy throws you a powerup at the very start of the level
